Koide Poland, first European plant for production of Koide group, was established in 2005. Our location in Dąbrowa Górnicza, 20km from Katowice in Poland was a choice to satisfy demands from Central European markets, and further from the Western European like German customers as well. It is our intention to be in operation as close as possible to the customers so as to follow the requirements of the customers as precise as possible. Factory started production in May, 2006 with production volume of 50,000 pieces per month. Our production capacity has been increasing and reached over 0.8 million pieces per month in 2011.
Our main activity is manufacturing and supply of steel and aluminum cut to length tubes and profiles, and also cold forged parts with and without machining for automotive industry and other various industries. Our machine park contains of Italian cutting machines and Japanese chamfering machines. Further, in 2008 machine park was increased by CNC turning machine, aluminum cutting and drum barreling machines.
Modern technology allows us to make special and efficient machining of cold forged parts as well as cutting and machining of tubes to very short length with min 6 mm.
It is our policy to eliminate NG from the original source and not to pass to the following processes. To achieve this target strict control of raw material supplied by material supplier as well as strict control of our internal processes is essential.
Our Quality Control laboratory is equipped with various measurement instruments and further, we are studying always to introduce new control equipment, and also to develop by ourselves our own method and necessary equipment to meet with the specific requirement by the customer. For example, we have developed our own control equipment like machine for compression and flare tests for the tubes, and also unique optical inspection machine for checking the chamfer accuracy.

Hello! My name is Marcin. I have started my work at Koide Poland in March 2006.
From the very beginning working here was both, a challenge and an adventure which gives a lot of satisfaction of making up the products and chances for development myself.
I personally try to develop by myself in the direction to increase productivity and reduce cost by designing and manufacturing different kinds of apparatus, tooling and machines allowing to increase and improve the capacity and the quality, and finally meeting customer’s satisfaction.
From the very beginning I have tried to make up the products in various modes and company has given me the opportunity to develop in directions that are interesting to me. Even though the job itself is very tough, together with nice colleagues the achievement of each assignment gives satisfaction to me and is useful in the best performance of the duties entrusted to me.

My name is Anna. I have started collaboration with Koide group at the end of 2004 when Koide Poland was just at the stage of establishment. At that time it was a joy to create something out of nothing. I have worked hard focusing on development of every field of Koide Poland activity, including sales, purchase, customer service and HR. I believe that the experience serves for the current customers’ satisfaction, our employees’ and hence my own satisfaction.
During a few last years our achievement of ISO/TS certificate became sustained. As a group of professionals, growing up with Koide Poland, we are creating high standards in our everyday job.
Combination of Japanese management methods and Polish creativity, both of these have resulted in a very low rate of personnel rotation, which we are proud of.
We have always believed that the employees are the best and most important value of our company. The knowledge, experience, know-how… all aspects are important and created by people. We are always aiming to make up our products by respected employees. My name is Gabi. I have started my collaboration at Koide group in 2006 in the quality control department.
We have built the quality control methods from the beginning by trying to learn as much as possible. In 2008 we have started to implement ISO/TS 16949 and audit was conducted in February 2010, and then we received ISO/TS certificate in June 2010. This is one of my most important achievements in my history of the work. Since that time we are still improving. Especially in the field of automotive industry which requires high level and strict quality control it is an essential decoration that is the most important “Quality Management Standard”.
Strict quality control, it is our starting point of making up our products and we are always trying to realize customer and achieve our own, strict internal requirements. We are proud of our achievement to a full satisfaction in customer’s eyes not only by the eyes of production side. We will always try to work in Koide on the higher level of quality. It is my mission to create the highest standard and convince operators to follow all rules.
