In order to keep up with the pace of recent Japanese automotive industry's advance into Mexican market, Koide Mexico have managed to start mass production in 8 month period after first visit to Zacatecas.

Now, more than 150 associates are working at Koide Mexico, in terms of manufacturing facilities, 6 lines (cutting/chamfering) and 1 press machine are installed, and monthly production reaches 1.2million pieces by 3 shift x 6 days. (Monthly Production capacity is approx 2.0million pieces.)

Zacatecas is within in the central plateau region and located as high as approx 2,400m above sea level, and very comfortable climate permits no air-conditioner in the plant throughout the year.
Having this nice environment and 1.38million population in the state with average 24 years of age, young, friendly, honestly and highly energetic "Zacatecanos" in Koide Mexico (which is our newest Koide overseas plant) are striving day by day to play important role of Mexican automotive industries.

Without content to the short term result, Koide Mexico make commitment to work harder, 1) to obtain ISO/TS as international quality standard in early stage, 2) for the Group Globalization and enhancement of competitiveness in the market having collaboration with Koide's north American plant.
