Koide Kokan Co,. Ltd. has made and is making effort for market research to find out most suitable supply sources of various materials like cold drawing precision steel tubes aiming to establish a network of 'Most Convenient Procurement for the Material in the World' among Koide Group in order to meet the requirements of and to support the customers, mainly manufacturers in the field of automotive industry, who are facing the strict requirements to reduce the cost for surviving in the future.
As one of the big possibility Koide Kokan found suitable steel material with reasonable cost and with reliable quality that is produced by POSCO, Korea. For the purpose to procure the steel tubes of which material is produced by POSCO, Korea office of Koide Kokan was established on 18 Jan. 2007, and then we established a subsidiary, Korea Koide Co., Ltd. in July 2017.
We have recruited the person who has sufficient knowledge for the procurement and quality control of various materials like cold drawn precision steel tubes as per the specification required by the customers such as manufactures of anti-vibration rubber components.
When necessary we make and made a program to send our staff to Japan for a few years to receive training and education for the specific technology necessary for the suitable procurement and quality control of various materials like precision tubes, aluminum extrusion profiles, cold forged parts, stainless steel tubes etc. We implement inspections before shipment together with our material producer to make sure of the performance of strict quality control from a viewpoint of user of the material procured so that any NG material may not be delivered to the users, i.e., to our group companies.
Korea Koide is ready to support our customers directly, when necessary as well as to collaborate with our group companies for the procurement of the materials. And for such purpose we are making effort to accumulate our experience and knowledge to understand how to satisfy our customers providing the precise and sufficient services to meet with the various requirements of the customers in various aspects.
